A PROPOSED North Ayrshire wind farm is facing delay due to “complex” issues.
A Scottish Parliament inquiry into the Crosbie Wind Farm has been postponed, with an oral session originally planned for February 2026.
The inquiry, led by Alasdair Edwards, was launched after North Ayrshire Council, as the planning authority, lodged an objection to the project on Kaim Hill behind Fairlie.
The proposed development by Galileo involves the construction and operation of 14 turbines, each with a tip height of up to 200 metres, and associated infrastructure.  https://www.largsandmillportnews.com/news/25730111.inquiry-proposed-north-ayrshire-wind-farm-faces-delay/?fbclid=IwY2xjawPHgCBleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEej24JjhzL9pEYEYCGoTmfPxJMLiPaGWZgDPJ7Q4yhINTHQmm0LJSDCNa8RE8_aem_zFXO8Ja3WyWJ71-Cbty1iA
