Wind farms plans rejected – The Herald

TWO major wind farm developments in the Borders have been turned down by the Scottish Government. The schemes at Brunta Hill near Westruther, Berwickshire, and Shawpark near Stow, Selkirkshire, would have seen a total of 17 turbines constructed. Scottish Borders Council rejected the developments but the companies behind them appealed. Read more
