CWP launches legal challenge against Sneddon Law decision

Community Windpower have launched a legal challenge against the Reporter’s decision in relation to the enforcement notice dated 9 August 2017 served by East Ayrshire Council

FIM forestries Ltd and Local Residents have also submitted separate appeals against the Reporter’s decision.
