Forget ‘Air Miles Angus’, there’s a new competitor for taxpayer-funded jaunts abroad. ‘Jet-set Gillian’ Martin is set to fly out to Brazil next week to attend Cop30 and represent Scotland and the Scottish Government to delegates from across the world – despite the country failing on its climate goals.
